On 10 October 2024, the AIthena project was represented at the CCAM Partnership Multicluster Meeting in Brussels.
The AIthena’s presentation on expected results and potential contribution to future large-scale demonstration projects was given in one of the breakout sessions under the CCAM Cluster 5 Key Enabling Technologies, together with other EU-funded projects: AI4CCAM, SELFY and CONNECT.
The aim of the breakout sessions was for each project to present results with potential for implementation in large-scale demonstrations, which will be part of the topics of the last 2 years’ calls of the Horizon Europe programme (2026-2027).
In her presentation on AIthena, Oihana Otaegui from Vicomtech, the coordinator of AIthena project, highlighted the following points regarding the expected results and outcomes of the project:
- Methodology for integrating trustworthy AI-based systems/functions into CCAM.
- Real-time data anonymisation module for GDPR compliance without affecting recorded images.
- Trustworthy AI models:
- AI approaches to perception and decision making in in-vehicle systems.
- AI approaches to trust in traffic level decision making.
- Datasets.
