The RTR Conference 2025 (#RTR2025 – Conference on Results from Road Transport Research) will take place from 11 to 13 February at The EGG in Brussels, Belgium. This annual event is an important platform to showcase the achievements of EU-funded road transport projects over the last eight years. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the results and expected impacts of Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe projects, as well as the next steps in research in key areas such as green vehicles, urban mobility, logistics, intelligent transport systems, safety and automated road transport.
One of the highlights of the conference will be the CCAM Enablers session, scheduled for 13 February from 13:30 to 15:00. During this session, the AIthena project will be presented along with three other CCAM related projects: SELFY, AI4CCAM and ROADVIEW.
The AIthena project focuses on Connected and Cooperative Automated Mobility (CCAM) solutions and aims to develop trustworthy, explainable, and accountable CCAM technologies. Participants will gain insights into AIthena’s goals, progress and expected impact in building a trustworthy, explainable and accountable AI-based CCAM.
